GROUP FITNESS
Join us for our invigorating Group Fitness classes, held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6 and 9 AM. These 60-minute sessions are designed for ages 16+ and cater to all fitness levels. Our trainers lead you through dynamic stretches, weight training, and cardiovascular exercises using a variety of tools such as dumbbells, medicine balls, battle ropes, sandbags, and steel maces.
