FITNESS TRAINING

At PCSP, our Fitness Training programs are designed to help you achieve your specific goals, whether it's fat loss, muscle gain, or overall health improvement. We offer personalized attention, especially to those new to training, and our coaches are always nearby to assist you. GROUP FITNESS

Join us for our invigorating Group Fitness classes, held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6 and 9 AM. These 60-minute sessions are designed for ages 16+ and cater to all fitness levels. Our trainers lead you through dynamic stretches, weight training, and cardiovascular exercises using a variety of tools such as dumbbells, medicine balls, battle ropes, sandbags, and steel maces. The scalable movements ensure that both beginners and seasoned athletes are challenged appropriately. Our classes are not just workouts; they are a community-driven experience that motivates and supports you every step of the way.

SPEED DEVELOPMENT

Speed is a critical component of athletic performance, and our Speed Development classes are designed to enhance your running mechanics, acceleration, and overall mobility. Regardless of your innate talent, our trainers focus on core strength, mind-body connection, and competitive drills to improve your speed and reduce injury risks. Join us to refine your technique and build the explosive power needed for your sport.

STRONG START

Our Strong Start program is tailored for young athletes, providing them with the structure, focus, and discipline needed to excel. Through technical instruction and challenging exercises, participants build strength, speed, and body control. The program also emphasizes fun and learning, helping kids gain confidence and develop a lifelong appreciation for fitness. Our goal is to mold confident, hardworking young athletes who enjoy the process of achieving long-term rewards.

FUNDAMENTALS OF STRENGTH

Fundamentals of Strength is one of PCSP's most popular offerings, designed to teach athletes of all ages how to safely and effectively use gym equipment. Our two-phase approach starts with group classes focused on basic form and muscle activation. Once the fundamentals are mastered, participants transition to semi-private sessions with customized programs. This progression builds independence and confidence, equipping you with the skills to train effectively on your own while always having a coach nearby for guidance.

INJURY PREVENTION

Injury prevention is a cornerstone of our training philosophy at PCSP. Our trainers conduct regular assessments and form corrections to enhance your strength, mobility, flexibility, and stability. VELOCITY GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

YOGA CLASSES
